My Role

As the company’s content strategist, I worked directly with the owner and other team members to improve the customer experience and support business growth through strategic content.

My work spanned the entire customer journey—from attracting new customers through SEO-driven blog content to increasing engagement with lifecycle email campaigns and improving website content to support conversions. Beyond writing, I regularly identified UX improvements, content gaps, and optimization opportunities to create a more cohesive customer experience across the site.
