BEES One is a platform that helps teams manage access, track performance, and execute commercial strategy at scale. As a senior UX content strategist, I guided the UX Writing team in decoding backend logic and language into a user-centered experience.
I reframed system logic into user-focused copy, clarified decision points, and reduced cognitive load by aligning language with how users naturally think about product versions, not backend structures, helping design, engineering, and content converge around a shared mental model.
