1¡Hola! My name is Samantha Saenz; last name pronounced /sīnz/, as in dollar signs. It’s how the name Dollar Saenz Media came about. Hopefully, you enjoy the play on words as much as I do.

I have been writing stories, slogans, and poems since I was a child and when my third-grade teacher praised me for a school paper, I knew I wanted to be a writer when I grew up.

I am currently a professional Copywriter at RetailMeNot available for freelance.

My web design and social media skills evolved organically in 2011 when I started my first blog which quickly grew to 3,000+ followers in a few years.

Get to know a little more about me through some popular interview questions:

I am a Copywriter, freelance writer at Austin Monthly Magazine, and budding WordPress extraordinaire.

I graduated from Texas State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and I currently reside in South Austin with my Chocolate Lab, Trooper.

My favorite taco in Austin is the Independent on corn, with extra ancho aioli from Torchy’s—just in case you were wondering.
