About CVS
CVS is a health centered brick and mortar retail chain, pharmacy, and digital platform that operates in the US and Puerto Rico. I was on the Global Navigation team and served as a Senior UX Content Designer. This means, I reviewed the flows for the CVS website and app to improve the copy and Content Strategy for structure, organization, and clarity.
